Whenever you visit Pismo Beach, you can expect to taste more than just salt water and sand. Especially during the weekend of April 15-17. Every year, at the Dinosaur Caves Park, Pismo Beach hosts its  annual Taste of Pismo with an expanded three-day event.  Taste gourmet food and support some worthy fundraisers at this annual gastronomic festival.

Each year thousands of people visit our friendly coastal community and it's a pleasure for businesspeople to play host and offer some of the best food and wine available. The Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce is proud to bring everyone together for unparalleled fun at this lively celebration. We invite you to sip and taste the best of Pismo Beach. With such a great bluff top venue, the Taste of Pismo has grown into a full-blown culinary and wine affair, representing the unique gustatory tradition that Pismo Beach with the help of fine local restaurants and the nearby wineries of the Edna Valley Wine Region.


Kicking off Friday April 15th at 5pm under the big tent will be the “Good Vibrations” experience with live music, fantastic finger foods and a no host bar. Taste of Pismo 2011


Saturday, April 16th will be the Premier Wine and Culinary Event showcasing Central Coast wines and Pismo Beach cuisine. From 1pm to 5pm guests will enjoy a wonderful afternoon with wine and food pairings from over local 25 wineries and restaurants. Check out the video from last year's Taste Of Pismo and start making plans to be part of this food, wine and music experience. On Sunday, April 17 take pleasure in the peaceful morning views from Dinosaur Park and partake in a hearty Pancake Breakfast hosted by the good folks from the Pismo Beach Firefighters Association.  From 9am to 1pm there will be plenty of hot coffee, flapjacks, bacon and sausage, juice and conversation. Your $8 adult ($3 children) tickets supports the Five Cities Youth Baseball program. Taste of Pismo 2011
