One of the biggest gastronomic events is about to hit the Pismo coast. Taste of Pismo is next weekend, and if you have never attended this fabulous event, you are in for a treat. Pismo Beach is known far and wide for having the delectable food, fine wine, and dazzling ocean views. Taste of Pismo showcases all the major local restaurants and eateries in Pismo Beach, and draws 30 of the best wineries in the award-winning Edna Valley wine region.

Are you looking for something fun to do in Pismo Beach during the first week of September? A whole world of artistic madness and live entertainment awaits you at the Dinosaur Caves in Shell Beach with the monthly Art in the Park.

Art in the Park at Dinosaur Caves in Shell Beach is a once-a-month event taking place on the first Sunday of every month from May through November. Over 100 local artists and craftsmen sell and display their work, including paintings, sculpture, pottery, glass, textiles, jewelry, wood and metal furniture, and more. The event also features live music, hands-on children's activities, fresh flowers and plants, a BBQ, and on-site massage. Art in the Park happens from 10 a.m. 4 p.m.
