Cal Poly Open House - April 12-14

Cal Poly Open House - April 12-14, 2012
It's the moment you've all been waiting for... an excuse to visit beautiful Pismo Beach. Yes, Cal Poly Open House is just around the corner.

Cal Poly Open House is the culmination of an entire year of hard work and dedication by our  student clubs, faculty, staff and community. It's also a great opportunity to get your incoming Cal Poly student adjusted to the "SLO life."

Cal Poly's Admitted Students' Preview Day is a great way to get to know the Cal Poly campus. Students and their supporters will have a chance to hear from President Jeffrey Armstrong; visit with college deans, faculty, and current students; discover the many available resources and take tours of the campus.

Saturday's events are open to the public. The day starts off with a parade that includes Cal Poly and San Luis Obispo organizations. After the parade, the Club Showcase begins. This includes demonstrations and concession booths representing more than 200 campus groups. There will also be a Kids' Fair with many kid- and family-friendly activities.

But we all know the real reason why you want to attend Open House. Cal Poly just happens to be fifteen minutes from beautiful Pismo Beach with all of its wine and waves. Who says you need to spend the whole weekend in San Luis Obispo?

Beat the rush, and book your weekend accommodations at Valentina Inn & Villas today! You can make your reservation today by calling 805-773-1234 or by visiting our website: ValentinaPismoBeach.com.
