The 72nd Annual Harvest Festival

The Harvest Festival in Arroyo Grande, just south of Pismo Beach, is back and better than ever for its 72nd year, taking place Friday, Sept. 25 and Saturday, Sept. 26!

The Festival is much more than just a parade and fair, it is a celebration of community and of our heritage.  With tons of free entertainment, activities, contests and displays for young and old, the hands of time are turned back to simpler days.  The Festival begins, Friday Sept., 25^th from 4pm to 9pm.  In Olohan Alley in the Heart of the Historic Village of Arroyo Grande come enjoy contests, entertainment and craft booths until 9pm.  A free outdoor movie, the Chicken Run will be shown at Heritage Square Park at 8pm.


Come join the festivities which include a Parade, Music, Dancing, lots of free Entertainment for all ages, Craft Booths, Displays such as Tractors, Model Trains, Honey Making and more, Vegetable Decorating, Baking and Canning Contests, Honey Competition, Costume Contest, Big Ditch Derby, Chili and Salsa Contest, Diaper Derby, Whiskerino Contest, Kids Games, Bounce Houses, Robotics Team, the Ice Cream Olympics and Wiener Dog Races just to name a few.  Bring your homegrown fruits, vegetables and flowers and enter in our annual contest.  It’s all free and fun for all ages.
