Tee Off at the Annual Classic California Golf Tournament

be competing at the event.

Move over Scotland! We may not have a golf course at our airport, but we do have some fantastic golf tournaments. On September 15, the Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce will host its Annual Classic California Golf Tournament at the Cypress Ridge Golf Course. There will be a shot-gun start at 12:00 provided there are no birds in the way.

Will Pismo Beach Mayor Shelly Higginbotham show up the other two mayors of the Tri-Cities with putting supremacy, . . . or embarass herself silly? We won't know the answer until the 15th when Pismo Beach history will be made.
