There are some months that are anticipated annually by residents of places throughout the world. Towns and cities in Italy look forward to the month of their annual patron saint festa; Californians look forward to California Wine Month in September.

Why? Because California is world-renowned for its award-winning wine regions. We are a state of wine conoisseurs and gurus. And what better way to celebrate this great month than by taking a visit out to Pismo Beach-- a city of wine and waves. The Edna Valley wine country is only a short drive away from sparkling tide and phenomenal sunsets of Pismo, has some the most diverse and highest quality varietals of the state.

California is the 4th largest wine producer in the world, and California wineries account for 90% of the vino in the nation.
