Calling all wine connoisseurs, enthusiasts and general vino lovers. Roll Out the Barrels, an annual celebration and showcase of the Edna Valley's wine region is happening June 21-24. If you have never attended one of these events, you are in for a treat. This four-day long celebration allows you truly experience the magnificent "wine culture" amidst stunning surroundings.
The weekends starts off Thursday evening with Barrels in the Plaza in the Mission Plaza of downtown SLO at the same time as Farmer's Market. On Friday night, you can enjoy dinner with the local winemakers of the SLO region. And finally, Saturday and Sunday, you can experience special tastings, pairings, and live music throughout the wine country during the two-day long Passport to Wine Country. This self-guided tour of the SLO wine country is the perfect way to sample the fruits of our local winemakers.
