The Historic Pismo Pier

This Pismo Beach icon was originally built in 1881 by the Meherin Brothers, but fell apart due to a heavy storm in the 1890s. It was since rebuilt in the 1920s to an incredible length(locals and visitors used to be able to drive on it. However, about 500 feet of it was destroyed, and never rebuilt. After yet another storm hit it in 1983, it was rebuilt to its present state from 1985-86.

Today, the Pismo Pier is a popular hangout spot and romantic setting for both guests and locals alike.

Come check it out on your next visit to Pismo Beach when you stay at Valentina!
